WARNING !!! CASH FOR CLUNKERS TROJAN HORSE AND FLAWED MATH

According to Glenn Beck the federal government’s site that assists the cash for clunkers program has a Trojan horse. He states upon agreeing to their terms, your computer system becomes property of the federal government and any information on it can be used by any foreign or domestic agency at their discretion.
The math in this program is flawed. They say the money was intended to last 4 months. It lasted 4 days. What’s worse is its alledged Trojan horse. Is this is an example of the administration and what they are all about. It’s not about your health, or the economy. Their agenda is about control. We have to ask many questions. One of which is will damaging the economy and health care help them gain more control of our lives?

I was not able to locate the section of the section of the law that states that your computer will become the property of the government. The only part of the rule that mentions a computer refers to records retention. The government will retain a record of the transaction.
Well, Is Glenn Beck right or wrong? If anyone else wants to weigh in and enlighten the rest of us we would like to know. This is scary stuff and I wouldnt doubt anything from the present administration.
Mike did you actually click on the “I agree” tab on the site? Please watch the whole video clip. According to Glenn you don’t see the Trojan horse until after you commit. If you did click on the I agree link and the referenced statement is gone it may have been removed now that the cat is out of the bag. It is possible that when Glenn exposed the mice type within the terms of use agreement the terms were changed or deleted. Also it would make Glenn Beck look bad and hurt his credibility.
All I did was review the rules. Glenn Beck hurt his own credibilty by not posting a screen shot of the agreement.
