Have you noticed a cold shoulder from this administration towards Israel. Have you noticed an open hand to the others nations in The Middle East? Have you thought much about Obama trying to cozy up to dictators around the globe? I have. I have also noticed Obama, a supposed Christian has a Muslim name. I take notice when Hussein demonizes the Peaceful tea party demonstrations but is pretty cool about the demonstrators in Cairo and elsewhere around the world doing the same.
The next oddity is his bad mouthing those clinging to their bibles and their guns while warming up to others that wish to integrate their beliefs within our courts.
I am familiar with “The separation of church and state. I know of its true meaning and purpose, not the misinterpretation handed down from the left. Isnt it interesting how this administration welcomes a sect that tyrannical leaders not only imposes their religion but his keen on removing all other religions from the nations it governs.
How will all the CHANGE in the Middle East CHANGE our fuel prices if the Suez canal is blocked? Soros and The State department are reported to be entangled with all the demonstrations in the middle east Europe and now here. We all have heard how Obama is tied and obligated more to Soros than the U.S taxpayer. This is a point we all need to pass on to those pesky liberals that have mistakenly joined forces with their inevitable enemy.
The process of collective bargaining, as usually understood, cannot be transplanted into the public service.” …“[a] strike of public employees manifests nothing less than an intent on their part to obstruct the operations of government until their demands are satisfied. Such action looking toward the paralysis of government by those who have sworn to support it is unthinkable and intolerable.” -FDR. (H/T Professor Bainbridge via johnmalloysdb.blogspot.com).
We have heard from the left that you have to have skin in the game. We have heard that We all have to make sacrifices. We have also heard that he is FDR, he is Reagan, he is Lincoln all rolled into one “great ” man. Well, I opened this post with FDR’s position. Reagan did not support a protest at Cal University, and fired the Air Traffic Controllers. What did Obama do? He said this:
“Some of what I’ve heard coming out of Wisconsin, where they’re just making it harder for public employees to collectively bargain generally, seems like more of an assault on unions,” Mr. Obama said to TODAY’S TMJ4′s Charles Benson in a one-on-one talk. “I think everybody’s got to make some adjustments, but I think it’s also important to recognize that public employees make enormous contributions to our states and our citizens.”
So we can’t ask public sector unions to to give back some of their ”earned” benefits to help the state budget. Or is it more to the point that we can’t ask THAT Union to give back. If Barack Obama doesn’t support the NEA or any entity that is apart of the NEA, who will work the polls for him in 2012? Who will indocrtrinate the children? Because remember folks this is about the children. You know, the children, that have been denied school for three days (as of this post). You know, the children, that will not be benefitting from unnecessary pay increases or collective bargining at the detriment of the taxpayers. You know, the children that need to be told what to eat, what to read, what to understand, what to say!
I know I know, this is democracy in action. Well I oppose democracy in this context. What democracy does is allow the best funded, best organized group that dictates what we should think. This is why the founding fathers opposed democracy. Mob rules leads to idiots fighting for their own benefits. THAT IS WHY WE ARE A REPUBLIC! Where is the leadership in this country? “What the economic Neanderthals want is more for them at the expense of us. Well I can’t give anymore”-Mark Levin. Hey NEA if you want to keep what you have how about stop supporting programs that costs me money. No more free condoms (Boston) Stop all these al a carte education initiatives. Teach Reading, Mark Twain (unsensored), Math (don’t spend more than you have) and writing. That is the English language. The most difficult language to learn.
Stop forcing cuts to Seniors, stop forcing cuts to police, and military. Take cuts. How about starting at the top by cutting the Department of Education. That does nothing but advocate condoms, gay agendas and ridiculous diversity regulations. If we cut what I think we should cut we can give better salaries to the 3rd highest paid profession in the United States. Stop bringing your weak cheese in front of me. If you can’t collectively bargian, then your union sucks. Oh and in a completely unrelated comment there has not been a cut in the per student credit since 1962. And this group supports card-check. Suck on that Teachers Unions.
This is scary if it is true. I just recieved this link in an email and have to dash out the door. I invite any of my visitors to check it out and see what its all about. Lets work together and keep each other informed and involved.
Once upon a time there was a Democratic party. Slowly they were replaced by communists in disguise. I can prove this. Democrats are supposed to encourage voting to show the voice of the people. Communist are those that don’t allow voting of the people. They want complete government control. The democrats that refuse to vote in Wisconsin are the perfect example of my observation.
Below is an email I received from a friend and true patriot. It is a true example of what our nation could be soon facing.
From: To: Cc: Subject: Castro & Cuba
Here’s something to think about . . . . I remember asking dad about Castro when I was about 9 years old. I asked , “Is Castro a good guy or bad?” Dad said he couldn’t tell!! This was about 1955. We were living in Louisiana at the time . Dad was in the army there.
Cuba was fairly close and in the news a lot. The Cubans were asking the same question! Ike was president.
This past July, we had the pleasure of sharing a summer barbecue with a refugee from Cuba. Our dinner conversation was starkly different than most.
This refugee came to the United States as a young boy in the early
1960s. His family was more fortunate than most as they were able to bring a suitcase and $100 when they fled Castro’s newly formed revolutionary paradise.
Our dinner consisted of all-American fare: hamburgers, potato salad, watermelon and fresh ears of sweet corn. This is a menu shared with family and friends nationwide, while celebrating the birth of our beloved America on the Fourth of July.
We began with a simple discussion about our country and the direction it has taken since Barack Obama came to power. We shared the usual complaints about the sour economy and liberal social engineering emanating from the rulers in Washington.
But then he said it. The sentence came naturally. I assume it was unplanned. But it carried the weight of a freight train. “You know when Castro took power, none of us knew he was a Communist.”
We sat stunned. He continued, “Yes, we all thought he was a patriot, a nationalist. Before the revolution he didn’t sound like a radical.”
The comparison at this point was easy, and I interjected, “You mean just like Barack Obama?”
He responded, “Yes, just like Barack Obama.”
He continued, “We were all shocked as the government just continued to grab more power. First they said the revolution is over, so please turn in your guns. We all complied.”
“I remember my uncle saying after it started, ‘Castro will only nationalize some of the big industries, he will never come and take our family hardware store. ‘But that is exactly what happened, Castro started with the sugar mills and the large industries, but they eventually came and knocked on the door of our family hardware store. My family had run this store for generations. They said we now own the hardware store, you work for us. And that nice, large four-bedroom home you own, it is now our property also, and you can move yourself and five children into two rooms of the house because others are moving in with you.”
The lesson learned from this discussion is a lesson most Americans refuse to hear. Political leaders can lie about their agenda and once in office they can take totally unexpected turns.
If you had asked us three years ago if we thought General Motors would be nationalized, we would have never believed it. We could never contemplate a country where the rule of law, the most fundamental building block of a justice society would be evaporating just like it did in Castro’s Cuba in the early 1960s.
But the news of injustice keeps increasing. Black Panthers are not charged with wrongdoing by the U.S. Department of Justice because their crimes are against whites. The bondholders of GM are stripped of their assets without due process by the government. Governmental leaders are bribed in full daylight only to have all investigation of the crimes stifled by the Attorney General. The U.S. borders are overrun with crime and illegal activity and the leaders in D.C. act as if it is important to protect the lawbreakers while the innocent are killed and overrun. When local communities attempt to enforce the law, they are ridiculed and threatened as racists and bigots. They are sued by the very administration entrusted with enforcing the law.
Without the rule of law the U.S. Constitution is a sham. Without the rule of law our beloved America is swiftly becoming a country where only the well connected and politically powerful will be safe. As Michelle Malkin has so eloquently explained in her recent book, a culture of corruption has replaced honest government.
The only way this problem will be fixed is by massive citizen action. All honest citizens that want to be treated equally must come together and demand that the favoritism, the bribes, the uneven enforcement of law end now. And yes, it can happen here.
PLEASE SEND THIS TO OTHERS ONLY IF YOU WANT TO. … And may God save the United States of America!
I remember being somewhat active on eBay years ago. I utilized FedEx and the us postal service for shipping. At FedEx I either stepped right to the counter or stood behind 1 to 3 people and was quickly served with a smile and thanked sincerely. What a contrast to standing in line at the local post office for what seemed like an eternity behind 5 to 20 individuals. Upon reaching the counter I was talked down to and any questions I had were often answered with a snarl and a bad attitude. The FedEx helper made considerably less than the government clerk but was happy to serve. I also recall how tax dollars were spent on the prosecution in the O.J Simpson case which lost to a private sector team of attorneys. Would you say the government is more efficient or less?
Can you imagine what we will face once the government runs our health-care?
While attending the Reagan 100Freedom Dinner, Sarah delivered a remarkable speech in honor of the Reagan’s 100th birthday at his ranch in Santa Barbara, CA. She made a lot of great points, including the fact that anyone could become the next “Reagan” instead of waiting for one. You can see the entire speech here.
